Expecting Mamas with Nicole Katz

This group is part birth education, part birth preparation, part yoga therapy, and a big dose of community. We'll focus on two important principles. The first is that, if we support, educate and empower moms during pregnancy and for the labor process they are able to claim their birth experience. We've found that when moms can claim their birth experience, they are better prepared for the fierce and wonderful journey of motherhood ahead.

Meet Your Group Host

This Mom Group is hosted by Nicole Katz.

Nicole is USP’s Director of Wellness, in-house yogini and supreme champion of inner mama strength. As a certified Structural Yoga Therapist, Nicole incorporates a holistic view of birth and mothering throughout her groups.
