Groove and Grow (parent)

Young dancers will practice more advanced motor and non-motor skills such as hopping, skipping, balancing, and lunging. This joyful dance class nurtures the body and brain connection through a holistic approach to dancing and learning. 

*While caregivers don’t have to attend the class, they do need to be onsite!
