When they said “one was like one, two was like 20” they weren’t kidding. Diving into the juggle of multiples, each week will bring new insight into how to manage taking care of 2 (or three! or four or More!). Expect visits from topic experts and specialists to give you straightforward advice and doable tactics and a huge dose of community support from other mamas who are in it right along with you.

Meet Your Group Host

This Mom Group is hosted by Nicole Katz.

Nicole is USP’s Director of Wellness, in-house yogini and supreme champion of inner mama strength. As a certified Structural Yoga Therapist, Nicole incorporates a holistic view of birth and mothering throughout her groups.
