Whether you gave birth last month, last year, or a decade ago, all mothers are welcome in this 30-minute (yeah, we get how hard it is to find the time!) postnatal yoga class that revives the core and pelvic floor and reconnects you with your body after it’s been through an incredible journey. We’ll work on breathwork, balance, and mobility, and impart positive affirmations to take throughout your day and week. This workout can be as sweaty as you want it to be, so bring 3-pound hand and ankle weights if you really want to get after it.
