A prenatal yoga class that builds endurance, strength, and stamina for the act of giving birth and all that comes after it.
Let it all out on the mat. Preparing for motherhood is a physical and mental journey that no sport can compare with, but the practice of yoga can help you train for it. In this 45-minute class, we’ll work on increasing strength to support mama’s changing body, help keep pains at bay, and prepare her for the labor experience and a speedy recovery. We will also work on pelvic floor identification and tone, practice breath work specifically designed to support our core, and work with mantra and mental practices to increase endurance during labor—and for the 18 years after it.
