What to expect: A crew for second time moms who are looking for support, community, and answers to questions like: How will I ever love my second as much as my first?! Trust us, there’s room. As you may have noticed, becoming a mom of two is an overwhelming and challenging transition. From tantrums, to transition, to guilt, we’re here to help you survive the chaos.

When you'll meet: Weekly on Tuesdays at 1:00pm EST from April 20th - June 15th*

Group Host: Nicole Katz - USP’s in-house yogi and pioneer of the inner mama strength.

*There will be no group meetings during the week of May 31st in observance of Memorial Day.
