    In this 360 degree yoga class, designed just for little ones, we’ll begin with breath practice, work on a pose of the week, and then move into open-ended play curated by development. This class incorporates the foundations of yoga taught through a connection with nature. Each week we’ll explore a different animal, breaking down traditional yoga poses in ways babies and kids can relate. There will be a bit of something for all ages including caregiver and baby guidance to spark a love for yoga at any age.
