Zing! Kids Fitness - 3 years - Pre-K

Zing! is FUN, high-energy fitness for kids. The signature format, Zing! Fit, fuses FUNctional exercise and with athletic drills, positive affirmations, breathwork and creative play to spark your child’s inner rockstar. From The Hype Up with the best music to our Zing! Zone that gets kids jumping, crawling, running, and balancing, children can expect to get moving, learn new skills, feel amaZING. Zing! Fit has 5 Main Components:

1. The Hype Up - We EDUCATE kids on what they’re going to learn for the day, we MOTIVATE them to get moving, and ACTIVATE with a dynamic warm-up, icebreakers, and more.

2. Zing! Time - We lead children through circuits of exercises that engage the total body and work on different skills/type movements as we blend positive affirmations, breathwork & storytelling into the motions. 

3. Zing! Zone - We employ a team-focused mentality and get kids moving with exercise stations, fit obstacles, games, and more to feel strong & have a blast.

4. Zinger - We conclude the active portion of class with a high-energy fitness challenge to bring the kids together and let out their energy :)

Cool Down - We relax, recap & restore with stretching, reflecting on our favorite parts of class, and breathwork.
