Our waitlist option ensures everyone gets a fair shot to play once a spot opens up, no matter when you join the list. Once a spot is available, everyone on the list is notified via text message, and the first to book the spot gets it.
Note: We're transition away from Points and into Account Credit.
Look for "Apply Your Credit" button in your shopping cart before clicking "Check Out"
On desktop: After clicking the checkout button from your cart, you will then see a points slider on the checkout page that you can redeem on any order.
On mobile: Once you get to the checkout page you will see the option to Redeem Points or Add Coupon at the very top of the page.
Head to your Location page to see the available classes and get a copy of your local schedule.
*Note all bookings require an account. So if this is your first visit, you'll need to set one up prior to checking out. It only takes a minute.
Our booking system gives you the freedom to cancel and reschedule classes on your own. Just click the “View Your Schedule” button under your account and you'll see the option to cancel there. This will add USP Points equal to your class purchase to your account, and can be used towards a future class booking (redeemable at checkout). While you can cancel up to the last minute, but not after, please try to cancel and free up a spot with as much notice as possible.

One ticket per child, adults tag along for free!
The OwnID button allows you to authenticate using the unlock feature you use on your phone every day, including Face ID, Touch ID, PIN Code.
When you authenticate the first time, you'll be able to breeze through log in every time thereafter.
We’re parents too, and we understand things come up, kids get sick, and sometimes the sh*t hits the fan. We are happy to offer USP Points for cancellations. Always! You need one ticket per child--adults tag along for free. Just give us a heads up via text or email.
Newborns in your lap or carrier are always welcome to attend a class for an older sibling for free. If over 3 months old and in a mixed-age class, a second ticket will be needed.
We have ample room for caregivers to hang out while they wait for class to finish. Feel free to claim an open area and take a load off.
We do! We offer open play at E 11th street 4 times a day in a beautifully set up room that will keep your kiddo engaged.
We are booking all parties by request only, exclusively at E11th Street.
We recommend choosing the class that best fits your child’s current stage. All of our classes are designed to meet your child where they’re at and help them progress to their next stage at their own individual pace. Once they reach a new milestone we are happy to move them into the next appropriate class. For example, if you’re debating between the pre-crawler movement class and the crawler movement class, move to the crawler class once your baby can get to sitting on their own, can get to a hands and knees crawling position on their own, and can get to an object that is a few feet away from them.
For our messy play classes, we recommend a change of clothes just in case. Otherwise, we provide everything else needed for a fun class.
