Health & Safety Guidelines
By entering the space, all children and accompanying adults agree that the following are true:
No member of your household is showing signs of illness, including runny nose, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, fever, loss of smell or taste, vomiting, diarrhea, or chills. We ask that you stay home if you are sick.
No member of your household has had close contact with anyone with a suspected or confirmed case of Covid-19 in the previous 14 days.
All adults and children who are eligible for vaccination are required to show proof of Covid-19 vaccination and photo identification each time they enter the space. Acceptable forms of proof of vaccination include vaccination cards, clear photos of vaccination cards, Excelsior Pass (or similar proof of vaccination)—all with the last dose administered 14 days prior to attendance. The name on the vaccination card must match the name on the government-issued photo ID.
All staff and service providers will be required to be vaccinated to work at the space.
All staff and service providers will be periodically rapid tested prior to starting their shift.
All children and accompanying adults entering the space will have their temperature taken and may be sent home if they show a fever of above 100.4F.
Guests will be asked to alert Union Square Play if they test positive for Covid-19 within 10 days of their last visit. Union Square Play will notify all potentially exposed persons if there is a confirmed case of Covid-19.
Our masking policy is as follows: Union Square Play employees, crew members, educators, and anyone over the age of 2 must be masked at all times. If you do not have a mask that covers the nose and mouth, we will provide you with one.
We’re taking extra precaution while we all find our footing, and will be operating at a self-imposed 50% capacity for all classes.
